Ensure the Bot has "Send Messages" and "Embed Links" permissions in the channel.
Check if the Bot is online. If offline, wait a few minutes or check our support server for status updates.
Make sure the command you are running supports prefixes. Prefixes are limited to some commands most commands use /.
